Christmas Party Entertainment in Melbourne
Two sommeliers arrive to introduce the wine at your work Christmas party. At first, it all seems quite normal. Then the presentation starts to unravel, and suddenly your guests are watching comedy opera, with live singing and jokes written around the people in the room.
That is The Singing Sommeliers, created and performed by Jon and Rebecca Bode. If you are the office manager or EA organising the party, you can talk through the date, venue and run sheet with Rebecca. Jon and Rebecca coordinate discreetly with your venue team to keep the surprise intact.

The act suits work Christmas parties, client thank-you dinners and end-of-year functions. A Christmas lunch at a winery or restaurant gives the wine presentation a natural place to begin. It works best when guests can see, hear and share the performance together.
For end-of-year awards nights, The Fabulous Phantom offers a theatrical alternative.

A few practical questions
Do you bring your own sound?
Yes. A compact, self-contained sound system can be supplied when the venue needs it. Jon and Rebecca coordinate the practical details with your venue or production team before the event.
Do we need a stage?
No traditional stage is required. The performance unfolds among your guests, with the position, sound and timing agreed to suit the room and run sheet.
Can you include our team in the comedy?
Yes. Details about your people and occasion are woven into the comedy and music, so the performance feels written for your gathering.
