Two opportunistic male cops crash a function.

The two cops conduct an investigation.

They cordon off a guests' table with red police tape.  

As they investigate the guests, suspects are brought up on stage, and  interrogations turn tuneful.

They plant rolls of cash and incriminating evidence, subject an audience member to a lie detector test and draw professional police sketches of audience 'suspects'.
